Reel Works launched its Career Accelerator program to support disconnected youth interested in careers in film and television. In the midst of this grant, Reel Works worked through a media industry hiring strike and freeze, and is attempting to guide youth to real jobs at companies such as NBC Universal, Paramount, and A+E.
