NPower’s IT training and job placement program – Tech Fundamentals – provides young adults with skills training needed to advance tech career and wage growth with employer partners. NPower noticed a shift post-pandemic from front-line help desk technicians to broader job types that included knowledge of cyber and cloud computing for entry-level positions; as such, NPower has adjusted its curriculum to be on par with the needs of the tech sector. Once placed in jobs, NPower continues to support its participants with ongoing career support to facilitate job retention and career advancement.
